You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition

  • All accessories must be included

  • You must provide proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos or videos if applicable

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or provider.

Exchanges

If your device arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Contact support within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items with excessive wear, damage, or missing components

Shipping Costs

Free return shipping is on us for approved returns due to defects, damage, or product issues reported within 7 days of delivery. 

For all other approved returns, we provide a prepaid return label, and return shipping is free of charge.
